I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place is terrible, they began making my order. Served my hot coffee first and then my food & had me waiting 15 minutes for the rest of my order because “someone else placed an order at the same time I placed my order”. They told me they couldn’t finish my one drink that was left because of the “system”. Also, it was for an online order for a customer who wasn’t even at the location, I ordered at the counter. Terrible customer service, I will never go back. They didn’t even offer to give me my money back I just left with no drink and no refund.
Great experience at Starbucks in Dunmore. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and keeps the line moving even when it gets busy. Drinks are made well, the store is clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. A reliable stop for coffee, breakfast, or a quick pick-me-up. Always appreciate the great service here.
LOOK BEFORE DRINKING!!!! Waited 20 mins in the drive-through line, then got my drink and started to drive. Took a sip and felt something weird in my mouth. A long strand of hair, clipped in the lid to cup connection, swirled in my drink and down the side of my cup. Turned back around and went in, another person came in with a messed-up drink order, and overheard the drive-through window having issues. I waited at the counter for 5 mins before going directly up to someone asking for a manager, as the others swiftly worked to avoid me. They didn't get anyone else who seemed to be a manager and decided to help me themselves. I requested a refund and they asked if I wanted another drink. I personally didn't want to consume more hair and felt disgusted knowing I had done so already. Feels like there should be a better response. While I appreciate all the baristas having very nice hair-dos, the lack of hair nets when PREPARING FOOD + DRINK is concerning. This is a "luxury Item" for me. I try not to splurge, but when I do I don't mind a wait or small inconvenience, but this took my time, money and energy all for me to end up with nothing. Not the first issue I have had here, but this was the last straw.
